In it, Tommy steals a sheep for a gang initiation rite, but has to hide it from his mom. He turns to the most senior gang member in phoenix, Mel, to help him hide it. But it turns out this sheep is infected with anthrax! Soon all of Mel's customers are hospitalized, but the health department doesn't make the connection because, as Flo points out, "There aint nothin' odd about folks gettin sick off Mel's cookin'!"
